February 6, 2025 We arrived at our campsite near Lake Powell on Saturday. Brand new campground connected to the marina. Diane said it looked like a golf course with all the green artificial turf. Facing the mountains with beautiful views all around. Boat storage below campground. Flat bottom boats up to 100 feet long and 24 foot wide. On Tuesday we took a short drive into Page, AZ and on to the Carl Hayden Visitor center by Glen Canyon Dam & Bridge. Similar to the Hoover Dam it is massive. You cannot walk across the dam like at Hoover but you can walk on the bridge to get great shots and view of the dam. This guy is either cutting grass or scraping up the algae on the surface above the generators at the bottom of the dam.
